HP 859xE Spectrum Analyzer driver released

Hi everyone.

A pull request for a driver of the HP 859xE series of spectrum analyzers has been created this morning. The driver makes use of the new Spectrum Analyzer Module and supports the basic settings like SPAN/CENTER FRQ or START/END FRQ, RBW, VBW, MAX HOLD and some more to aquire frequency sweeps.

The HP 859xE series was introduced as a more economical option to the 856xA/E and a successor to the 859xA series. While the driver might be able to operate the other series as well, it wasn’t tested.

The HP 85xx series were all very modular and some capabilities required certain options to be installed, partially at factory already. One very popular option, the narrow resolution bandwidth option (#130), is supported by offering certain bandwidth settings enabled only when installed. These settings contain a note regarding this requirement.

Thanks @Christian for this contribution! We will check the driver and come back to you next week. A great addition, as the R&S FPCseries driver for the SpectrumAnalyzer module will no longer feel lonely. :slight_smile:
