the parameter is evaluated correctly, but replaces the module input permanently. This way creating different folders controlled by a parameter becomes impossible.
For example, after the first evaluation where temp=300, the Folder name becomes “300K” and then stays like this no matter the change of the parameter.
This sound like a missing feature as we might have not implemented to check for updated parameters. As far as I observed it, MakeFolder is not that heavily used which is why it could be that such an issue has not been revealed until now.
I have created a backlog item and we will report when there are more insights or a solution is available.

There was indeed a bug such that the use of the parameter syntax was already prepared for but never realized in a working way.
A new module version is uploaded in state “testing”. You can login with your account and then download it. If everything works, we will make it available to all users.
As the answer was marked as Solution, I have changed the new MakeFolder module version to ‘live’ making it publicly available to all SweepMe! Pro subscribers.
